Returns and Refunds

This policy is valid for 20 days, please note that we cannot provide refund or exchange service if it has been more than 20 days since the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

There are some types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable/time-sensitive items (e.g. food, fresh flowers, newspapers and magazines) cannot be returned. We also cannot accept personal or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Some health and personal care products

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or records.
  • Goods that are not in their original condition, including items that have damage or missing parts that are not the result of our negligence.
  • Items returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email to notify us of receipt and whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically credit your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Delayed or unreceived refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

Then contact your bank, as it usually takes some processing time for the refund to be reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sorry, only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive may vary depending on your location.
